SNR- or Shelter-Neuter- Return,  is a program in which Paws Cause works with healthy free-roaming cats that have been brought to the shelter by either community members or- Paws Cause volunteers.

 The cats are spayed /neutered, vaccinated, and ear tipped then returned to the area - from which they were removed from.

 These numbers include cats that have been removed by community members and/or  Paws Cause (10%) and cats removed from San luis Obispo Animal Services which comprises the majority (90%). Paws Cause has had a great wrking relationship with Animal Services for over seven years!
